Maristella Patuzzi recorded Ravel's Tzigane for the Televisione della Svizzera italiana, just after hereleventh birthday. At the age of thirteen, Sony published her first live CD. She has won first prizes in national and international competitions. At seventeenshe was awarded the Diploma in Violin as at the Conservatorio Giuseppe Verdi in Milano: the sameyear she gained her Swiss federal matriculation at the Lugano Liceo. Since 2002 she has performed assoloist with the several Orchestras. In 2009 she wasawarded the Master in Indiana University and in 2011 her second Master in Conservatorio della Svizzera italiana. Since 2013 she recorded for BrilliantClassics, DECCA and Dynamic. She has performed in many festivals. Her violin is a Michael Platner, Rome 1728. The lend of this violin is part of the project"Adopt a musician", one of the initiatives managed by MusicMasterpieces of Lugano.
