Michele Patuzzi, conductor

His musical training begins with his parents who give him lessons in piano, theory and solfeggio. At the age of six he joined the Piccoli Cantori of the Turrita of Bellinzona and at the age of seven he accompanied them to the piano in his first public concert. A few years later he graduated in violin and piano with honors from the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory in Como, where he will also complete the Master in Music Pedagogy. He continued his musical studies with the orchestra conducting at the Conservatorio della Svizzera italiana, at the Zürcher Hochschule der Künste and at the International Piano Academy of Imola, brilliantly finishing their respective diplomas. He currently teaches Musical Education at the Collegio Papio in Ascona, directs the Corale di Mesocco, is president of Ceresio Estate and regularly collaborates with the Barocchisti, LuganoMusica and Radiotelevision of the Italian Switzerland. He conducted the Bacau Symphony Orchestra, the Zurich Conservatory Orchestra, the Carlsbad Symphony Orchestra (Czech Republic), the 900th and Present Orchestra, the Sicilian Soloists, the Imola Chamber Orchestra, the Orchestra Spazio Musica di Orvieto and the Ceresio Swing he founded.
